Compared to other electronic wind instruments I've tried, the XR6000 offers the best value by far. It comes with everything you need — the instrument, neck strap, backpack, charging cable, and even a helpful manual. The sound is clear and responsive, and the various modes give me plenty to learn. My grandkids love listening to me play. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in digital wind instruments.
I've been using the XR6000 regularly for about six months now. The 68 tones cover pretty much every instrument sound I could want. The four vibrato/fingering modes let me adapt to different playing styles. The recorder function is great for capturing ideas on the fly. No issues at all — it still looks and plays like new. The customer service team was also very helpful when I had a question about the fingering chart.
I love that I can connect the XR6000 to my Bluetooth speaker or headphones without any cables. It makes practicing so much more flexible — I can play along to backing tracks on my tablet and hear everything wirelessly. The USB-C port charges quickly, and the battery lasts through several practice sessions. The included backpack protects the instrument well. This is a well-thought-out product.
I was a bit intimidated by digital instruments at first, but the XR6000 is very beginner-friendly. The fingering modes are intuitive, and the vibrato controls let me add expression to my playing. The sound quality is rich and warm — my neighbors actually complimented me through the wall! The neck strap is comfortable even during long practice sessions. For the price, this is unbeatable.
As someone who's learning the EWI for the first time, the built-in recorder and metronome have been incredibly helpful. I can record myself playing and listen back to hear where I need to improve. The metronome helps me keep time, and the backing tracks make practice feel like a real jam session. The USB-C charging is convenient — I just charge it overnight and it lasts for days. Very happy with this purchase.
I've been wanting to get back into playing music after retiring, and this XR6000 has been a game changer. The 68 tones are amazing — I can switch between saxophone, clarinet, flute, and even some synth sounds with just a few button presses. The build quality feels solid, not cheap at all. The backpack it comes with is perfect for taking it to the park. Setup took about 10 minutes and I was already playing my favorite songs. Highly recommend for anyone looking to pick up a new hobby!
Hard to read the instructions. Don’t know how the picture key works. Very confusing with the vibrato
Its a fun instrument to play around with. It would be even nicer if it came with a beginners guide book with some easy to learn songs. I would pay extra if there is one?
Manual is difficult to read.Haven't gotten into the instrument much. Some keys unresponsive to touch. Hope answer is in manual.
